The Feel Good Advantage

How to Stop Suffering and Instead Achieve Effortless Success

Every time I look at my Facebook feed, I see people posting memes saying to keep hustling, commit to the grind, and push yourself to the max.

Yet for many people, this just burns them out, and then they beat themselves up later for not being better.

It will never lead you to fulfillment, joy, or happiness.

Imagine if, instead of having to suffer all the time to achieve your goals, you could reach them in a way that feels practically effortless.

Even though there will be pain and challenges, you don't have to suffer through them.

You can lose yourself in the enjoyment of the process...

And if you do it in this special way, when you look up again, you've surpassed your goal already.

Most people will go through life never having experienced this. Even people others consider to be "successful" haven't yet figured this out.

But once you understand how to do it, you’ll never have to "work" again. The rest of your life will feel like one awesome holiday.

Watch video 2 of this new 4-part series, and you’ll discover:

Why the daily grind and perpetual hustle is a load of B.S., which holds you back from achieving real success and true fulfillment.
How working towards your goals can be as much fun as playing a video game.
The mind hack developed by a world-renowned Hungarian professor that makes success seem almost effortless.
How to feel just as good now as when you reach your goals… and how it will spur you on to achieve them faster.
Why you will have a massive advantage over other people who will keep beating themselves up to force themselves to strive toward their goals.

Watch this video now, and you can quit hustling and finally start winning in dating, business, and life!

I feel like everything online tells me to be all that I can be and push to the next level, but hardly anyone says how or even why. I find your series down right fascinating. I am a married man with amazing kids, I am fulfilled and this helped me understand why my brother hates life and all my friends are miserable.

    • Ben P.

I grew up being taught that the key to happiness is finding the perfect job, the perfect woman, the perfect house… So I did just that and I woke up last year ready to just end it all. I was severely depressed and everyone I spoke to couldn’t understand why and would get pissed at me because I “had it all”. I watched the first video and now with this second, I finally get it. I was told who to be from a young age and never got the chance to go after what I wanted. I was unfulfilled.

    • Shawn Bishop

I spend my whole life wondering what was wrong with me. I felt like I had to prove something to the world. I needed to earn a crap ton of money and have the best of everything. So I can relate to you, I beat myself up in spite of doing the best in almost everything I did. It was not good enough. This is a real eye opener for me and I just wanted to say thank you. I will be back for the next video and I will watch the first one now. Glad I found this on Facebook.

    • MAD MAX

I was in many of them pick up artist scams. The one thing I learned from living that lifestyle for nearly 20 years is that it ends in unhappiness. I am 47, single, no kids and in a dead end job that pays really well but I HATE it. I feel like this was the answer I was looking for man. This course is only getting better for me.

    • Sam

My friend and I were always competitive. We both competed for the best looking girls, the best college, the best jobs, I think you get the picture. Well, I was never happy and he was. I hated this. It made me try even harder and no matter how many things I achieved, I felt deeply unhappy. I have come to find out, I never did anything for me. I am planning on going back to college now to do what I want to do and it feels great man!

    • David Wright

Money was the center of my world for a long time. I was wealthy, I had the best of everything. People envied me. Yet there I was when I was 38… Utterly depressed and unhappy. Take it from me, money really doesn’t buy you long term happiness. If anything, it robs you from it. I missed out on a lot. I am 42 now and I walked away from my job, met the woman of my dreams after a 4 year long haul of a divorce and for the first time I am happy. I tried sharing this with my friends but they don’t get it. So I am going to share your course and sing your praise. You put my life into works perfectly.

    • Lee M.

I am in the middle of a rut. I don’t know what I want with life. These two videos have helped me a lot dude. Like I finally feel okay with myself. I may not know where my life is going but I know I want that true fulfillment. This was a great video, better than the last.

I am going to stick this out and watch and re-watch. It is truly inspiring me. Thank you David!

    • Dean

So basically, all my struggles with unhappiness are down to me doing things that don’t make me feel fulfilled? I am not sure I understand this because I have felt very good for what I have done but over time, I need more. I guess that in of itself is the issue. Maybe I am not fulfilled. I will keep watching because this has caught my attention for a reason.

    • Paul Niek

What do I do if I have talents but none of them make me feel happy? Like I have not found one thing I enjoy in life. This has actually lead me to have failed relationships. I would bond with women over something I am doing but not enjoying. After awhile, I didn’t want to do that thing anymore and then I would cast it aside and with that, the woman followed. I just feel like I am “flowless”. I can start going but I just kind of burn out.

    • Adam S.

Ending on a high note makes sense. I mean when you look at your life, you shouldn’t want to achieve it all and then just accept nothing, you want to have something that allows you to end LIFE on a high note, not just a hobby, or a career, or even a relationship.

So yeah.. I am here looking to get back into something that makes me happy. The end of the video was spot on for me and I am ready for the next one! Bookmarking and sharing this and the first video. You get it!

    • Clarence Stinson

I enter my flow mastering hard ware in computer college but women off beat me listening to her problems and people through working with life lazy unprofessional games trying at mu game just over power me she had go kids hate me but it’s my game to show livings life with two extreams I power less living it like two women in process hello so women gone just me to pedal now cook clean and so on bed sucks life sucks and I made 84000 but still sucks no way to show money losses I suck and paying support too?

    • Kyle S.

A positive state of mind and a busy life are by far the best ways for me to get in the groove. A can-do attitude of belief and faith has led to some of the most fulfilling work of my life, where the challenge and joy of one task flows freely to the next–a busy life is merely to stack my plate so extraordinarily high that procrastination is not an option.

      • Dr. David Tian

        Awesome, thanks for sharing, Kyle!

    • Marco

Ever since I was 15 or 16 I started thinking about what my purpose is in this world. I’m 23 now and while I think I’m closer to finding this out, I still haven’t quite got there. I hope you’ll be able to help.

    • Drew

Sick and tired of the burdened life. I want more!

    • Roberto

I feel so burned out! I mean, my 9 to 5 is killing me softly like the song says and I don’t know what to do about it.

      • James Nichols

Follow David’s advice. If you have not seen his other videos, you NEED to check them out! He is awesome and can really give you direction!

    • Fabian

Every video from you stirs up something in me. It’s like you’re speaking to me directly. It’s strange and cool at the same time, David.

    • Quinn

You always pick nice places to shoot these videos. Plus there’s always something new to learn from them. Good work!

      • Andrew Days

Take a vacation man! Reset your clock and get to lying on the beach with a cold beer!

    • Johnny

The part of beating ourselves up mentally and even physically applies to me as well. I tend to do this every single day. I know it’s bad and a negative way of thinking but it’s so stuck in me that it’s hard to let go.

      • viczena

No, a vacacion will not solve anything. You cant Escape. You have to Change.

Change Begins with the acceptance of your Situation. What goes wrong. Do you want to achive impossible Tasks? Do you want to be Right by whatever cost?

Do you have your time managed? Your skills? your work?

See your Job as a Task. Be the best in it. And when dont have to leave anymore, because you solved your Problems (Tasks), then it is the time to go. Otherwise you take your Problems and the root causes of your Problems with you. You dont solve your Problems by changing the Job, the Partner or the town. You solve your Problem by changing yourself. And the (miserable) Job is exactly the Right place to do it.

    • Frank

I do not want to end up dying with my music still in me! I want to live a life I am proud of and that makes me happy.

    • Angelo

A moment that marked my life is when my grandfather died. I was there and some of his last words to me were: “Don’t worry about what others think. If you like doing it, just do it. Don’t postpone something you want to do because you’ll just end up not doing it at all.” Since then, I started living as he said and now, finding you, David, it feels like it was meant to be. Can’t wait to get this course!

    • Derrick

WOW! That’s deep, man. Your grandfather had a point. People will always judge you no matter what you do and there’s also the thing that people don’t usually care (as much as you think or at all) about what you’re doing so why even stop to think about it? Just do it.

      • Pedro

Don’t give up, man! I used to use negative talk about myself all the time. Whether I was talking to myself or with someone else, I would often say bad things about me. “I can’t do that” or “I’m just dumb” or who knows what. But I learned how to quiet those voices and use better words about myself and I’m on a better road now.

    • Finn

Delayed gratification is not a bad thing but it’s sometimes taken way too far and people put their health at risk for something they “might” get eventually. I think a balance between everything works best.

    • Grady

Everyone seems to be hustling now or at least they say so on Facebook. I wonder how many people actually do it. It’s one thing to post a message on FB and another to follow up on it daily.

    • Elliott

Man, I had no idea you worked so hard in your 20’s! You must be some kind of genius. Well, I’m glad you stopped doing that and are here to teach us how to live better lives!

    • Lorenzo

From what I can tell, you’ve experienced a lot in your lifetime. I would like to experience at least 20% of that. I would be happy to do so.

    • Colby

Living in the now is so hard. It’s easy to say but hard to do because of life getting in the way. We often forget we should be living in the now and not in the future or past.

      • Nathan Wilkerson

For me, there still have to be a light at the end of the tunnel. I have to see the gratification at some point, otherwise, I know the work might just be for nothing and that does not make sense to me.

    • Felix

“If you have to beat yourself up to reach a goal, it’s the wrong goal.” that right there is very special and I’m going to use it from now on. If it doesn’t feel right, I won’t do it.

    • Dawson

Now you’ve made me curious about the book “Flow” and I’m going to read it right away.

    • Bruce

Playing video games rules! If everything was as easy and as fun… I can play for hours and feel like it’s just been minutes since I started.

    • Randy

Never experienced flow or at least I haven’t noticed until now. Will pay more attention to this from now on.

    • Adam

I started hating words like “grind” or “hustle” because I tend to think about doing work that you hate over and over again just to get something (maybe) in the future.

    • Jayson

The last time I experienced flow was when I was writing my first book. I still haven’t finished it but I wrote more than 2/3 of it. I haven’t written in 2 months because of lack of time but I will resume this because it’s when I feel alive.

    • Danny

Without doubt, one of the most useful free videos I’ve watched in 2017! If this is what you offer in a free video, I can’t imagine what you will include in the paid ones.

    • Anthony Collier

A lot of people are just workers and “grinders” by personality. How would you tell those people they need to get the fulfillment when all of their time is spent working all the time?

    • David Axford

I have been around a long time and there are a lot of my friends that have said some of the same things that you are saying. The deathbed experience that gives the person dying the realization they have not done enough in their life and it’s not fair they have died. They are the ones that have the power to do what they want with their time. Why feel bad now?

      • Mervin Ford

You know something? Neither have I. At least I never experienced what I would consider flow. Flow is important and now that you are watching David, I feel like you will learn a lot from him. Good luck!

    • William King

My social feed is loaded with lazy people that wish they had everything, but they just sit on Facebook or SnapChat all day long. It just does not make sense to me.

    • Angel Jones

I like that you talk about the circle and that parents should be acting one way so their children can learn and act the same way. Hard work has its rewards, but sometimes you have to take some time off to relax, or you will just get burned out and wonder what happened to the time.

    • Nathan Hebert

You talk about your best career and your best life and I think you make a great point about that. People need to understand that THEY are going to have the best life if THEY do what THEY want. You should NOT be doing what OTHER people think is the BEST. Great point!

    • Jack Graham

You talk about all the time you worked hard got all that you wanted, then ended up divorced. What was the reason behind that? Were you too focused on getting what was BEST and not worrying about your wife at the time?

      • William Castaldo

        I totally agree! Great work!

    • William Preston

Thanks again David! Your videos are awesome and they really do justice to all of us guys that feel lost and have worked hard for something. However, that something is just not what we really want! Always a great motivation!

    • Jeremy Butler

There is a lot to be said when you are trying to go what everyone else thinks is the best. You have to find what you want to do and make sure that you are working hard towards that goal. Keep real to yourself and I think your tips are really great! There are a lot of us men out there that can learn a lot from your experience!

    • Derek Ramirez

When I step back and take a look at my life of just 40 years, I cannot believe how much time I wasted on doing what other people thought was fun and exciting. What I do now is not something I would have ever guessed that I would be doing when I was 20. If I would have worked harder at this type of work when I was 20, I would be in a much better position than I am right now. It sucks, but I have to deal with it and I feel like before I know it, the coffin will be ready.

    • Jed Morgan

LOL, I wish that I could just pop up every day and not have to down an entire pot of coffee to get going! Natural energy is the best and makes you feel the best for the entire day. Is there an ebook that I can read that will teach me how to be that way?

    • James Byrne

The Feel Good Advantage makes sense to me. I have been doing what I want my entire life and could not even feel a bit better about it. I love it. I get to do what I want, have the job and g/f that I want and things are great! Thanks!

    • Gary Wooten

These are all really great tips! You seem to be a very motivational speaker and I am sure that helps. I just feel that getting to the point in life where you are, or where you are talking about takes time and that also it will take work. Hard work. Determination. Without BOTH of those, you are going to get nowhere, or only half of what you want.

    • William Fields

About halfway through your video, you talk about getting that “feel good” advantage. You say the one working hard is going to actually be behind you because you are feeling good, but working less hard. I think I understand that. You have to love the thing you are doing. Not grinding. Makes sense to me.

    • George Mason

I wonder what I would be doing today if I didn’t spend so much time in bars chasing around the ladies.

    • Justin Smith

Thanks again David! You hit the nail right on the head and are teaching us new things every single time!

    • Hilton K

      David,
This video is absolutely brilliant and helpful.
      Thank you
      Hk

    • James

Last video about ‘The Burden’ was incredible the way that you explained it with Robin Williams. I’ve been waiting for this one for quiet some time. Awesome and Smart one always.
Looking forward to see the next one.

    • Alex H.

I couldn’t agree more with you on these “Hustle Hard” posts. They’re all over social media. You see all these young teenagers and sometimes older generations that are posting these but don’t have any idea what will happen when they reach it, if they do.
      Great video David.

      • Dr. David Tian

        Thanks, Hilton!

    • dana

Succes with fulfillment. Never heard that before. These people who post these hustle/grind “motivational” posts have no idea about fulfillment. It’s great to see someone who actually has been through that and now it’s teaching this to others. Good man. Loved these two vids.
      Keep up the good work.

    • Nico

“Now what’s the next thing”. That’s me right now. 7 years college got a great job still not fulfilled. I’m so down for this course. Is there any information out when we can enroll? Cheers.

    • Chis K.

“Meaning and purpose was something different from just setting goals and achieving them”.
That is 100% the truest thing i’ve heard today. Because i’m right there. Unfulfillment, Burden.
Literally if you just type “achieving” in google, it’ll instantly translate into “achieving your dreams”, almost as if there is a market that sort of promotes these grind motivational posts but at the same time none of them understand this topic the way you do. I’m very happy to have found your course and im very much looking forward to it.

    • Shawn R. Sargent

I have experienced flow when helping people while on an internship. Doing meaningful work.
It was volunteer work to land that dream job.
After the internship, I still haven’t landed that dream job to get my soulmate to be happy.
Since then I have been trying to start my own business, to get security, to pay the bills, and find my flow.
My mission is to help 1,000 families to become financially free by 2020.
I know that part of my purpose is to help people and I have realized that Self Mastery is the key.
When with Life Mastery Become Available ?
I’m looking forward to your next video. Thank you David, I’m so grateful for what you do.

    • Dan quay

Hello, I thought I do quick review, another fantastic video 🙂 very helpful and insightful, your knowledge is out of this world, now as I’m a sales and marketing business consultant, since I been setting goals and try and help people achieve their dreams,

I have stopped for a while, I’m starting with mines first, because I wanted to get this new kitchen refurbishment done, it is not quite finished, but I’m happy, my kitchen is more modern, up to date, now that I have the feel good advantage, I had to get rid of the old, kitchen,I be taking that feel good advantage to the next level, I know I have hernia, but I have boxers shorts, which helps with a level of support…the hernia has stopped me doing the things I love to do, like jive. Karaoke in bars, dating, so I thought, it all in the mind, all I need is a encouragement boost.

Let’s give it a go, and see how I get on..I let you now how i get on..keep up the great videos.

    • Milos from Serbia

Experienced flow a few hours ago while doing video montage.

This is something I do often, and recently I find myself doing it faster (also the time goes by faster blah blah).
Since the subjects and events in my videos are never the same – It always poses a mild challenge.

Less than half an hour ago I agreed to a more difficult job (much well paid too, like 6 times more). Will see how that turns out 😀
      .
Also am grinding, tomorrow morning going for test-work in a car wash, seems interesting, never did that before as work in my life so I am very eage try out this challenge, just can’t wait to start. It will be flow for the time I decided to work there. (maybe even more).
Also I experienced flow while working in a meat factory, but the bosses are so strict and the payment is so stretched out that it is one heck of a challenge sometimes. Still wish to go bach there tho.
Also, I think I dreamed about writting all this stuff to you xD
Yep, in flow while watching your videos. High five for the Bro army!

    • Ben

      Experiences of FLOW:

Certain nights sarging back in the day or pushing through material to get better and being out until super late still feeling alive.

Performing on stage during a play or a poetry slam.

Certain rpg video games and a few addictive books/comics

My first time learning about and getting excited about wholesaling real estate.

    • Todd Omohundro

This is BRILLIANT. Thank you David. I find flow in being a musician and being an athlete/working out.

    • Sam

Thanks David for your wonderful video. I learned a lot thanks to you. The last time I experienced flow is when I hang out with friends. I was playing video games with them and listen to their stories and jokes. I started to hang out with them from 6 pm till 7am. We didn’t even know the time was running till we saw the sun was rising. That was the most weirdest and fun day I ever had. Also I find the flow when I work out at the gym and riding motorcycles.

    • Sean ❤️

Thanks 😊 I appreciate your help

    • G.

2 experiences of flow. 1- Playing squash against a considerably better player than I. I went on with I’m going to leave it all out there, rather than nerves of a match I would be expected to win. Determined to enjoy it no matter outcome. I got into the ‘zone’ and just couldn’t miss. Hit more outrageous winners by the point. Mentality went from ‘I’m going to leave it all out here, to I’m winning this! Which I did. Will never forget it. 2 – Stage in my life, married girl of my dreams, 2 great kids, crushing it at work. I could juggle it all and it was all good. Flow. Unfortunately throw in 2009 financial crash, family illness, brother in law death that devestated my wife, move to a job from hell and an autistic child and it’s all crashed. Feeling of purpose went and I burned out. Marriage ended. Your right, if you don’t keep that feeling of purpose, either when achieved goals and what’s next, or if your hammered by life’s stresses – your screwed. Great video.

    • DANIEL Parr

I have been shy and lonely most of my life because my thinking was offbeat. I realize like you mention when I had a relationship I was more comfortable in my life. I felt more attractive had more confidence and seemed to excel in life more smoothly. When my relationships ended I became the same sad shy lonely guy once again. I started this FB page and was working on improving my self esteem but, lost it by circumstances I myself couldn’t seem to control. When this happened I began a new FB page with a totally different frame of mind. Thinking I needed to be more social and meet more women to up my chances at attaining a relationship and it was taking me in the opposite direction. than improving myself to actually lowering my standards, And making me feel less able to attain my true desire which is to be happy. I got lucky and was able to get the chance to find my old FB page again and am going to try and start following this path and passion again because it truly involves a renewing of e mind and the way I perceive life to be.It truly is our thoughts about life that make our lives the way we envision them to be. Thanks for the inspiration and positive feedback you are sharing in this program I am going to continue to follow and hopefully share some of your teachings in a rhyme. Let me know if this is ok with you because I believe rhymes reach people more intently and infiltrate the subconscious more intently like a song Is implanted on the mind. I find it more easily memorized and held on to myself anyway and this is how I go with the flow.

    • Jerry ko

Isnt this an amazing process.. having a worthy goal.. makes us fulfilled by looking back and proud who we has to become in order to achieve them… i want to recognize first your success and what you have accomplished.. ive been watching your videos on and off and what amazes me that wherel iam here and now at this very unit of time… what i am realizing and being aware of and getting new cognitions in this journey of life… my frequency keeps on bringing me back to youre site.. in my sex girl crave phase you taught the desire system.. when i was learing from tony robbins you would bring him up in your videos and my hypnosis subconcious phase meditation… well meditations not a phase. My daily ritual.. and now how i learn about feeling good right now.. at this moament of time is what it is about.. when you feel good NOW.. you will CREATE incredible results and it doesnt matter the ACTIVITY.. the activity is irrelevent. And wheb you dont feel good while doing the activity it will not create.positive results regardless the activity….. it sometimes feel how can no one GET this… here on oahu.. some GET IT.. feels good to know others are as t that place and understand.. thanks david for your courage and fearless determination on helping others try and get it. This journey.. what soon more will evolve to realize… yes.. you have a student here in oahu… thank you

      • Jerry ko
